| We had arrived in Kathmandu earlier than needed as we knew the flights in could be delayed. This gave us an extra day to do the Tourist bit. |

| We spent most of the day visiting the old city. It was still in quite a state following the 2015 Earth Quake. Which just showed how bad it must have been when the Earth Quake hit. |

| The restoration work they were doing was amazing. it was like having a million piece 3D jig-saw and pain stakingly working your way through it. They had very little machinary to help with the work. So, most of it was being done manually. |
| You have to admire their tenacity. There was a poster in the main square that said the expected completion time of the repairs was 2075 !!! |
