| This was our 2nd "Tourist" day in Kathmandu. |

| Our first "Tourist" stop of the day was a funneral. Yes, a funneral !!! |
| It all seemed very strange but it is just a cultural thing. |
| In the Hindu religion. The dead should be cremated with in a day (or so) of passing away. The cremations are all very public and conducted at the riverside. The richer a family is, the more (and better quality) firewood they can afford. Ensureing the body is fully burnt. Once the cremation is complete. All that is left, the ash (and any unburnt leftovers), is swept into the river and floats away. |

| Then it was onto the monkey sanctuary, a few more Temples and finally some posh gardens. |
