So what was it all about ???

This was my trip to Everest Base Camp, Tibet. Organised by Alex at Nomadic Knights

I was originally booked to go on this trip back in 2015 but it got cancelled at the last minute due to a major Earth Quake in Nepal.

Stuart (Franklin) decided to come on this trip. So, on this occassion I wasn't travelling on my own.
We had to make our way to Kathmandu (Nepal) to meet up with Alex at Nomadic Knights and the other participants.
However, there are no direct flights from the UK to Kathmandu. So, we went via Delhi (India).
As niether of us had stayed in Delhi before. We decided to add a few extra days onto the trip and do the Tourist bit in Delhi.

Nomadic Knights provided Royal Enfield Himalayan for the trip.
They had 2 version of the bike. The earlier carburated version and the newer fuel inject version.
The carburated version was never available in the UK (or EU) because of emmissions.
Both models had a wopping 23bhp.

I got allocated a Carb version. While Stu got the newer Fuel Injection model.
